I have rarely used such an intuitive tool, and whenever a question comes up, help is extremely fast, very competent and uncomplicated. Very happy so far! We held our first AGM with the tool just a few days ago, and the online vote with around 500 shareholders with different capital contributions ran flawlessly. We saved an enormous amount of time on the count. Wrangling endless Excel lists is gone, too — everything is consolidated in one place. Data migration and reconciliation with our CRM were (and continue to be) handled for us, and the full history since incorporation is visible at a glance. Response times are fantastic and our wishes and concerns are addressed to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the tool and the service so far. Since we're planning a capital increase that will take us from around 110 shareholders to over 200, we had to get away from Excel lists. The data migration was carried out flawlessly and quickly (including the full history since incorporation).
